Heat delivery based on renewable energy to municipal buildings in Porsgrunn municipality

Porsgrunn kommune

The municipality would like tenders for heat delivery in the form of hot water based on renewable energy to 5 areas. This means 5 local heat plants. The tenderer is to design/finance/deliver and run the heat plant and the municipality will purchase hot water calculated in the form of consumed kWh according to heat exchangers in the awarding authority’s buildings/boiler rooms. A minimum of 85 % of the heat delivery shall be covered by renewable energy.
The existing electro boilers, oil boilers and tanks in the buildings in question can be used free of charge during the contract period by the tenderer for use as a back-up or peak load.

Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments.
A list of the most important contracts shall be enclosed, including, among other things, information on the extent/size (number of GWh), date and customer. Relevant contracts means completed heat deliveries and complete boiler installations delivered to other awarding authorities.
