The project is for a new building of approx. 3 800 m2 gross and alteration works in an existing central building of approx. 370 m2 gross.
The planned buildings consist of workshop halls for engineering and industrial production and works with changing rooms, toilets, workshop offices, classrooms, group rooms, study centre with mingling area, library and computer work places, consultant offices, ICT department, as well as a joint technical room. Demolition of the existing buildings and replacing the matter for the new building has been carried out prior to the works in this contract.
This notice is for contract E203 Masonry and tiling works, development class 1.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the contract has been previously announced, but due to the competition being cancelled, tenders are being collected for this contract again.
