Brønnøysundregistrene

The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a framework agreement for graphical services and the design of printed matter and websites. The contract shall cover the following areas:
1) Graphical services (preparing printed matter, advertisements etc. for production).
2) Graphical design for printed matter and websites.
We would like to enter into a contract with a service provider who can offer us special competence within both graphical services and design. The framework agreement shall last for 2 years from 1.10.2011, with an option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the contract for up to 1+1 year. The options will automatically be taken up if notice is not given on the contract 1 month before the option period comes into force at the latest. The estimated value of this contract is approx. 2 000 000 NOK including VAT over 4 years. This estimate is based on historical figures from recent years and it must be seen as an unbinding estimate. The amount will be in accordance with real needs. The Brønnøysund Register Centre could develop new internet pages (www.brreg.no) during the contract period. We reserve the right to announce such an assignment as a separate tender competition. As it is very uncertain whether such an assignment will be announced as a separate tender competition or whether call-offs will be made on this contract, it is not included in the estimate of the contract’s value (2 000 000 NOK including VAT). But we estimate that such an assignment alone will amount to several million NOK. The service provider must reckon on participating in annual meetings at the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Otherwise the work will mainly be done at the service provider’s offices. All tenders shall be given electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent electronically via the Mercell portal after the deadline for receipt of tenders.) It is recommended to send the tender in good time before the deadline expires, e.g. a minimum of 1 hour before the deadline for receipt of tenders expires.
