The contract shall cover the following areas: 1) Graphical services (preparing printed matter, advertisements etc. for production). 2) Graphical design for printed matter and websites. We would like to enter into a contract with a service provider who can offer us special competence within both graphical services and design. The framework agreement shall last for 2 years from 1.10.2011, with an option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to extend the contract for up to 1+1 year. The options will automatically be taken up if notice is not given on the contract 1 month before the option period comes into force at the latest. The estimated value of this contract is approx. 2 000 000 NOK including VAT over 4 years. This estimate is based on historical figures from recent years and it must be seen as an unbinding estimate. The amount will be in accordance with real needs. The Brønnøysund Register Centre could develop new internet pages (www.brreg.no) during the contract period. We reserve the right to announce such an assignment as a separate tender competition. If a service provider has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or if their financial situation has considerably changed since the last annual accounts were sent, the service provider can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the awarding authority can accept. If a service provider has such valid reasons, written contact shall be made with the awarding authority in order to clarify which other documentation can be accepted. The Brønnøysund Register Centre reserves the right to obtain their own credit rating of the service providers.
If a service provider has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or if their financial situation has considerably changed since the last annual accounts were sent, the service provider can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the awarding authority can accept. Considerable experience from equivalent assignments at equivalent customers is required. Tenderers shall have good routines for quality assurance of their services.
