Oslo Police District, Communications Unit requires running design services in connection with design of printed matter. The communications unit is organised as a staff under the chief of Police. The customer has a large need for design, layout, ideas and concept development. Personnel placing orders on behalf of the award authority shall have competence within the same discipline as the supplier, and the award authority will be an equal discussion partner. The supplier will put in place personnel who are creative and innovative. The customer shall be given high priority. The largest part of the agreement is production of the internal magazine "OP-Magasin" which is published 3 times a year with a scale of 24-48 pages. In addition the customer will require production of brochures and other information material. The supplier may be asked to procure printing/production of required items, but in this case the customer is free to choose other solutions.
