The suspension rods shall have concrete heads.Stay cables Kåfjordbrua.The stay cables are of the closed, spiral-laid cable type. There are a total of 60 stay cables on the Kåfjordbrua. There are two dimensions of cables to be produced. 28 shall have a minimum breaking strength of 6 300 kN, and the cable diameter is approx. 80 mm. The other 32 stay cables shall have a minimum breaking strength of 12 000 kN, and the cable diameter is approx. 110 mm.
