Framework agreement,work clothes, protection equipment in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority

The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority would like to use this notice to enter into framework agreements for work clothes and protection equipment. An option is also wanted for track suits and profiling articles. All the clothes shall have the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s logo printed on them with the main colours for the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority is looking for one or several supplier(s) who can deliver to all our locations in Norway and who can take on the responsibility for the agreed contract. This means that the supplier will be responsible for deliveries from any sub suppliers.
The contract period is 3 years (tentatively from 20.4.2011).
The Awarding Authority has an option to extend the contract on the same terms for 1 year so that the total possible contract length is 4 years. Any extension of the contract will be taken up 3 months before the contract expires at the latest.
The supplier must have their own stock and their own ordering routines for all our offices in Norway.
