To provide assistance to companies that test out the system, i.e. that shall upload data, carry out tracing, take out reports etc. Companies that participate in demos and training could also have a need for such support. An important part of the testing that is carried out will be to get companies to carry out systematic testing of (parts of) the system. The extent of the assignment that shall be solved will to a large degree depend on how many companies are involved.

Several topics and target groups can be relevant for this assignment. It can consist of showing/demonstrating investigations (withdrawal of unsafe food) that include target groups on both the company and inspection sides. It can be a conceptual orientating review of the system on a general level for top management in companies or it can be practically aimed at companies considering to use the system.

The assignment shall be carried out in close cooperation with and under direct management of the awarding authority. Some work will consist of coordination of measures that are planned and implemented. Other work will be to give professional weight to assessments of and whether measures/assignments have been satisfactorily completed, ought to be further developed/worked on and how any continuation ought to happen.
