Regionalt innkjøp i Glåmdal c/o Kongsvinger kommune

RIIG aims to have access to a diversity of teaching aids that cover a broad spectrum in teaching children and youths.
RIIG would like tenders for a framework agreemnet for the purchase and delivery of:
1. school books including teacher books, teacher guidelines, assignment booklets, answer books, digital learning resources that are a part of the teaching course,
2. literature, theme books, reference books and other non-fiction including audio books and digital learning resources,
3. general books for other sectors in the municipality.
It will always be the awarding authority’s real need and economy that is decisive for the purchasing volume at the contract supplier(s).
In addition there will be purchases for adult learning and nurseries. Purchases for public libraries are not included in this notice.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).
Suppliers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Suppliers shall be a legally established company.
Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as described in the law in the country where the supplier is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publically certified credit rating institution.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Suppliers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
Description of the supplier’s 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment’s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References can be contacted if needed for clarifying the assignment’s relevance. It is however the supplier’s responsibility to document relevancy through the description.

Suppliers shall have experience from a minimum of 3 equivalent assignments in the last 3 years. (One ought to give information on what "equivalent assignment" means).
