Nordmøre interkommunale innkjøpssamarbeid

Nordmøre interkommunale innkjøpssamarbeid (NII), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a 3 year framework agreement for rental of cars to mainly the health/social sector in the participating municipalities. Option for 1 year prolongation.
The framework agreement shall meet the participating municipalities’ requirements for passenger cars, delivery trucks, multi-purpose cars and special cars. Requirements for other type of cars may occur during the framework agreement period.
User locations/ range of use for the rental cars are i.a. the home care services (care), various types of health and social services, municipal engineering services, land use, ICT and administration. Purchase of cars will be subject to separate contests. If that is the case, suppliers of rental cars will be given opportunity to submit tenders equal to other suppliers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Requirement that the supplier has experience from minimum 3 corresponding assignments during the previous 3 years (corresponding assignments are defined as rental of cars to companies or public awarding authorities),
— Requirement that the supplier has sufficient implementation ability and capacity,
— In order to ensure low environmental impact and high quality of the deliveries, it is required that the supplier has systems for following up the following conditions:
Continuous improvement of:
— The organisation’s competence in environment and safety.
— Following up of the customers’ cars/drivers (engine fuel consumption/CO2 emission, damages, etc.).
— Waste management, including hazardous waste related to the cars.
