Framework agreement, purchase of kitchen furnishing

Bærum kommune

In connection with maintenance and up-grading requirements, a framework agreement shall be entered into where the objective is to cover the Awarding Authority’s requirement for new kitchen and cloakroom furnishing for the Awarding Authority’s various housing, schools, institutions, nursery schools, etc.

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— the company shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT,

— the company shall meet the Norwegian statutory regulations in relation to health, safety and environment.

— worthy of credit: The Awarding Authority will use the Total report system from Creditinform/Experian,

— requirement regarding turnover: The company’s annual accounts or extracts thereof.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— the company shall have a rating which is equal to good creditworthiness,

— the company must have a turnover which ensures the Awarding Authority that the company has financial capacity to meet the contractual obligations. This requires a turnover of minimum 5 000 000 NOK per annum,

— if the company does not have the required qualifications but rely on other suppliers in order to be qualified, corresponding documentation fort these must be presented. The company must also deliver a liability statement in accordance with point 2.2 in the tender documents’ part I.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— qualifications: The company’s relevant deliveries for the previous 5 years, including values, dates and recipients - companies and references must be stated,

— competence etc.: Organization chart for the assignment which shows the proposed personnel in the various key positions. CVs for the proposed key personnel in the organization chart. The CVs shall contain experience, age, education, language qualifications, relevant reference assignments and the function the employee had in these assignments. Relevant competence shall be given in the CVs,

— implementation ability: Statement of the supplier’s average manpower for the previous 3 years.

If the company does not have the required qualifications but rely on other suppliers in order to be qualified, corresponding documentation fort these must be presented. The company must also deliver a liability statement in accordance with point 2.2 and the attached template in the tender documents.

— competence, etc.: The proposed organisation and personnel shall have sufficient competence and ability to meet the contractual obligations. The key personnel must speak and write Norwegian well,

— implementation ability: The supplier shall have sufficient implementation ability.
