Oslo municipality, fao. the Development and Competence agency, department for consolidated procurements (henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority) invites to an open tender contest in connection with establishment of framework agreement for institution beds with supplementary equipment, mattresses and bedside tables for Oslo municipality’s enterprises, and others. See additional information.
The Awarding Authorities are obliged to purchase the products from the suppliers participating in the framework agreement. The object of the procurement is to cover the Awarding Authorities’ requirement for institution beds with supplementary equipment, mattresses and bedside tables.
At present the estimated value is 10 000 000 NOK per annum. The estimate is normative only and not binding for the Awarding Authorities.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The agreement period is 2 years starting from contract signing. Option for the Awarding Authorities to prolong the agreements with 1+1 year on identical conditions.

Foreign companies shall substantiate that the company is registered in the trade index or the Register of Business Enterprises as required in the legislation where the supplier is established.

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

The company’s 3 latest annual accounts, including notes, the board’s and the auditor’s reports as well as the latest information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);

(2) Other documentation required (please state below);

Certificate/registered quality assurance system in accordance with requirements given in ISO 9001:2000 or statement regarding equivalent quality assurance system.
