Framework agreement purchase of equipment for broadcasting

The object of this framework agreement is to make arrangements to meet the Departments' service centres need for cost-effective procurement in connection with purchase of cameras, audiovisual, sound, light and video equipment.
It is desired to enter into an agreement which can be used for sound and picture production. DSS supplies sound and picture services and has a need to procure different equipment for use in sound and picture production.
The service is made up of fixed installations, such as press room, control room and machine room. In addition, productions are made with portable equipment, both multi-camera productions, reporting and pure audio productions, and the service therefore consists of equipment for fixed installations and portable equipment.

The framework agreement will run for 2 years from contract signature. Award authority has the option for a further 2 years extension, one year at a time, so that the agreement can run for a maximum of 4 years from date of signing.
