The Norwegian Armed Forces, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall procure diving underwear which shall be used inside diving suits, including both undersuits and base layers.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to award one or two contract(s). In case of 2 contracts, will the Awarding Authority enter into one for diving suits and one for base layers.
The framework agreement period is 12 months. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 12+12+12 months.

The total extent of this contract is approx. 400 undersuits and approx. 400 baselayers. It is emphasised that the framework agreement is not bound to any certain amount of diving underwear.
