Oslo Kommune Boligbygg Oslo KF

Each year Boligbygg carries out a large number of procurements. The company has its own legal and procurement staff, but there is a need for further resources within the procurement of construction and site works, supplies and services. The work assignments are mainly concentrated on operative procurements, administration/follow up of suppliers during the procurement process, as well as other administrative work assignments and general procurement consultancy services. The procurement consultants will work closely with the legal and procurement staff, as well as the specialist consultants in other departments and the project managers in the maintenance department. Attention is drawn to the fact that all legal consultancy services and all lawyer services are reserved for the municipal lawyer in Oslo and Boligbygg’s legal department and that the town council department for finance c/o the Development and Competence Department will provide assistance in cases of dispute for KOFA.
