The Norwegian National Collection Agency wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of office furniture and fixtures. Office furniture and fixtures are defined as complete office work places with accompanying chairs and storage, as well as furniture and fixtures for meeting rooms, offices and common areas.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
The tenderer shall present a self-declaration which verifies that the requirements given in annex 3 are met.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to meet the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
A brief and general description of the company shall be given.
References from corresponding deliveries for the previous 3 years.
Statement of existing routines which substantiate that environmental requirements are met, alternatively Nordic Eco label the Swan certificate or equivalent eco-labelling systems.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation capacity.
The tenderer shall be well experienced with corresponding deliveries.
It is required that the tenderer has established routines for quality assurance, including traceability for the products requested in the contract.
The tenderer shall have routines which ensure that the offered products do not contain prohibited substances or mixed substances, or illegal high concentration of strictly controlled substances in accordance with the Product Control Regulations (FOR-2004-06-01-922) or substances which is listed in The Climate and Pollution Agency’s priority list.
