Framework agreement, multifunction machines

Brønnøysundregistrene

The Brønnøysund Register Centre, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement for delivery of multifunction machines. The agreement period is from 1.2.2012 until 31.1.2014 with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s). The option will be automatically released unless the agreement is discharged one month at the latest prior to initialisation of the option period.
The Awarding Authority will require approx. 2-3 multifunction machines per annum, i.e. approx. 10 machines during the entire contract period including the option years. The estimate is to be considered as instructive only and is not binding for the Awarding Authority. Service agreements for each procured machines will be entered into.
The procurement is further described in the tender documents. Access to the tender documents and annexes are electronically available through the tender implementation system Mercell, by choosing the tab ”Gi tilbud” and then the button ”Jeg ønsker å tilby” possibly. ”Jeg ønsker ikke å tilby”.
