Framework agreement mobile telephony

Contact for the procurement of mobile telephones and subscriptions/services for all offices in the Norwegian National Housing Bank. There will be requirements regarding delivery times for the goods as well as handling subscription services. Telephones ready configured for the operator shall be able to be delivered within given deadlines. The configuration applies, for example, for mms, wap, 3g etc. but not for the Norwegian National Housing Bank’s internal set up.
There will be requirements related to mobile coverage in the areas where the Norwegian National Housing Bank’s regional offices are located. The quality of the offered mobile services is important, and it is desirable that telecommunication services are offered which can make the Norwegian National Housing Bank’s communication more efficient and reduce its costs. We would like to use the internet as a communication channel so that the final users can easily get access to their use information.
The Norwegian National Housing Bank would like to standardise with a limited number of smart telephones (the standard can be adjusted at regular intervals). We would like to have more predictable operational costs than what we currently have within certain subscription areas. Package data costs are an example of such an area.
In the long term the Norwegian National Housing Bank could go over to using mobile telephones as the only office telephones. As a result of this, the number of smart telephones and subscriptions is expected to increase in the coming years. Currently landline telephones are used at all the locations. We would like to join the telephony services up in order to integrate them in a joint communication platform (Microsoft Lync).
