Legal consultancy during the contract and negotiation process in connection with procurement of new rescuing helicopters. The assignment will involve participation in the project works and provide assistance for: clarify and quality assures all procurement challenges and contractual restrictions in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
Contribute to preparation of tender documents, contribute to analysing relevant helicopter offers, participate/manage parts of the negotiations with relevant tenders, contribute to development and completion of the delivery contract and contribute with legal follow-up of the delivery as well as ensuring the Norwegian State’s rights (see the attached tender documents and framework agreement).

The tenderer is hereby informed that the law firm Simonsen has been carried out this assignment since October 2007. The tenderer is hereby informed of participation in the project by other government agencies, such as the Norwegian Armed Forces. The tenderer must expect participation in project works where the requirement for participation will vary in accordance with the project’s various stages and content. The tenderer must expect that participation is required for the same personnel during the entire project period. The tenderer must expect that several people are often required for participation. The tenderer must expect international and national travel activity. The tenderer is hereby informed that the location of the project and workplace are in the Stavanger area. The tenderer is hereby informed that security clearance and impartiality in relation to potential suppliers and contractors are required. The tenderer must expect to enter into quarantine regulations of up to 2 years for works carried out for potential or relevant suppliers.
