The University Hospital of North Norway invites companies to an open tender competition without negotiations for a framework agreement for the delivery of different types of instrument washing machines and decontaminators and the necessary soap for them, for the awarding authority’s entities in Tromsø, Harstad and Narvik.
Tenderers shall send in a complete tender where all the requested machines with soap are priced and tenderers shall go through and understand all the instructions, requirements and terms in the tender documents.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement):

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: — Good solidity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) Other documentation required (please state below):
— a description of the company’s technical personnel who will be used and who will be used for fulfilment of such a contract; documentation of competence/courses for these persons shall be enclosed,
— a description of the supplier’s systems for quality assurance,
— documentation/certificates that confirm that the equipment manufacturer/factory is iso-9001 certified.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— good experience from equivalent assignments and a good ability to fulfil the contract are required,
— the supplier is required to have technical and professional competence in the offered equipment so that the contract terms can be fulfilled and service and inspection can be carried out afterwards,
— the supplier is required to have worked in quality assurance systems and the equipment manufacturer/factory is required to be ISO-9001 certified.
