Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(2) Company tax certificate (national requirement).

Annual accounts including notes with the board’s and auditor’s reports for the previous 2 years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
It is required that the tenderer has good solidity and sufficient financial ability to meet the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience from corresponding assignments/projects is required.
It is a requirement that the tenderer accepts that the employees involved in the contract have equal payment and working conditions independent of nationality. It shall also be ensured that the payment and working conditions are not poorer than what is given in tariff agreements, regulations or what is considered standard for the relevant profession.

It is a requirement that the tenderer any sub suppliers, if any, are engaged in child labour in connection with manufacturing of the products.
It is required that the tenderer has an efficient environmental policy which ensures the requirements for management of used and return packaging.
