Framework agreement ICT services data warehouse and business intelligence

Statens pensjonskasse, hereafter SPK, requests tenders for a framework agreement for consultancy services for ICT services for data warehouse and business intelligence architects and consultants. SPK has an agreement for IT consultancy and services which expires in July 2011. SPK requires new framework agreements within the IT area (ITO). The aim of the agreement is to enter into framework agreements with suppliers that have good and well documented competence and experience within data warehouses and business intelligence. SPK will enter into framework agreements with suppliers that can offer professional resources, and have the routines that cover SPKs needs. Framework agreements shall be entered into within a minimum of 3 (three) and a maximum of 5 (five) suppliers.
All tenders shall be submitted electronically in PDF format by the use of electronic signature via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no, within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted in any other way will be rejected. If tenderers have any questions for SPK regarding this contest they must use the Mercell’s communication model so that all communications are logged. The tender shall include an overview of the service provider’s relevant assignments in the last 3 years which cover data warehouse and business intelligence.
An overview that shows that the service provider can use a sufficient number of resources which fulfil the manpower requirements within the consultantcy categories.
