Uncertainty analyses for investment projects.
Bærum municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one of the market’s best project companies which can execute uncertainty analyses within the entire project process for the property function.
It may be relevant to use consultancy services in connection with implementation of uncertainty analyses for large construction and works projects and/or the project portfolio for the property function.
It may also be relevant to execute uncertainty analyses of the project portfolio for units with several projects of less value.
