Bærum municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one of the market’s best project companies which can execute uncertainty analyses within the entire project process for the property function.
It may be relevant to use consultancy services in connection with implementation of uncertainty analyses for large construction and works projects and/or the project portfolio for the property function.
It may also be relevant to execute uncertainty analyses of the project portfolio for units with several projects of less value.

Antall eller omfang: Number of uncertainty analyses for projects related to construction and works are estimated to 2-3 per annum. Average time consumption of 40 hours is expected to be adequate for each of the analyses.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Extended report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly approved credit rating agency. The report shall contain credit appraisal of tenderer - typically stated by letter grade or brief text, as well as explanations of these.

The report shall i.a. contain the auditor’s report, negative payment remarks, accounts and rating history. The report shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. Date must be clearly stated. Norwegian companies submitting tenders on behalf of a foreign company must present such certificate with credit rating grade for the Norwegian company.
