Bærum kommune

Bærum Municipality shall enter into a framework agreement with trade firms. Where the delivery consists of small and medium sized assignments with several part deliveries within building trades in CPV-codes 45 and 50:
— maintenance of buildings with installations,
— reconstruction/replacement in buildings and installations,
— renovation/upgrading of buildings with installations,
— fire-/vandalism-/water damage in buildings CPV: 45310000, 45330000, 45430000, 45440000.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Supplier shall have a rating that is equivalent to good credit worthiness, and also have a satisfactory economy.

Supplier shall have an annual turnover of at least 10 000 000 NOK.

Supplier shall have satisfactory technical and professional qualification within the requested contractual services;

— Carpentry,

— Painting,

— Wallpapering/decorating.

Tendered organisation and personnel shall have satisfactory competence and ability to carry out the contract. Key personnel shall be able to read and write Norwegian well.

Supplier shall have a sufficient ability to carry out the assignment.
