Framework agreement for support, maintenance and development of "Bygg for alle"

Statsbygg would like, in connection with support, maintenance and development of the "Bygg for alle" tool, tenders for the following consultancy services:
— Assistance with support, maintenance and further development of the computer tool "Bygg for alle".
"Bygg for alle" is used as a tool in the work of making buildings available in accordance with the principles of universal design (UD).
"Bygg for alle" is a website where one can find information on the availability of buildings in a structured way.
Universal design is defined as the design of products and surroundings in such a way that they can be used by everyone, to a large a degree as possible, without a need for special adaptations. The aim is that the building and outside areas are designed so that the main solutions are usable for everyone. Technical, economic, aesthetic or cultural monument limitations can mean that the aim is not fully achieved.
"Bygg for alle" includes an administration module and a registration module. It also includes functionality which gives visitors the possibility to obtain information in advance on the availability of the public areas in Statsbygg’s buildings.
