Framework agreement for strategic ICT security

Statens pensjonskasse, hereafter SPK, requests tenders for a framework agreement for consultancy services for strategic ICT security. The aim of the agreement is to enter into framework agreements to gain access to consultants with documented competence and experience of ICT security. SPK aims to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier that sees the work within strategic ICT security both challenging and exciting, and who also has a solution-based profile. SPK requests that the contracted supplier has the routines for the contracted professional resources requested by the award authority. The framework agreements are for two - 2 - years, with a unilateral option for the award authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years, up to a maximum of four - 4 - years. Award authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service. All tenders shall be submitted electronically in PDF format by the use of electronic signature via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no, within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted in any other way will be rejected. If tenderers have any questions for SPK regarding this contest they must use Mercell’s communication model so that all communications are logged.
