Regarding 360 degrees panorama photo at Visitnorway.com:
Through a pilot project in 2009-2010, a serie consisting of twenty 360 degrees photo were taken from a helicopter from Geiranger-Ålesund-Trollstigen (see www.visitnorway.com/360/geiranger). The images are posted on an interactive and navigable platform with maps and links to some companies in the area.
The photo series are intended as an important and new contribution to the promotion of Norway as a holiday destination.
Based on feedback from the industry and the public this shows that the content creates attention and enthusiasm. More than 600 000 views of the pilot series during 8 months substantiate this.
This provides the Awarding Authority experience to 2011 and the Awarding Authority therefore wish to produce more of these 360 degrees photo series from other destinations with 10-30 frames per destination.
The existing pilot project shall be continued, either in its current form or by new images and new software which shall replace the existing.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The agreement period is 2 years with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s) on identical conditions. Maximum contract period is 4 years.
Foreløpig tidsplan for bruk av opsjoner: 24 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company registration certificate;
Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
Company tax certificate (national requirement);
Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);
The service provider shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT;
The service provider shall have an efficient HSE system;
The supplier shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Other documentation required: Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, which shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency and not be lower than D&B rating A or equivalent.

The service provider shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Other documentation required: the service provider shall attach a list of principal deliveries for the previous 2 years, including information of values, dates and recipients (names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses). The references will be contacted upon requirements, only.

A statement of the equipment, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment available in connection with implementation of the contract/assignment.
Overview of CVs (as well as authorisations when required) with description of formal education and work experience for all personnel relevant for implementation of the assignment.
Statement of the supplier quality assurance system/management system.
And/or.
Copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body shall be presented.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service provider shall have experience from minimum 3 equivalent assignments;
The service provider shall have implementation ability and capacity;
The service shall have the necessary competence in relation to implementation of the assignment;
It is required a good and efficient quality assurance system for the relevant services.
