The agreement shall cover award authority’s ongoing need for printed matter and printing services. The estimated amount is related to historical data, based on the award authority’s payments to suppliers for 2010 and 2011. The total estimate for the assignment is approximately 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The estimate is not binding upon the county.
Hedmark County has a need to produce printed materials and other information material aimed at various target groups. It is important that these products are in accordance with Hedmark County's graphic profile. The agreement comprises printing services that cannot be undertaken by in-house facilities. Award authority has a separate agreement for printing services which will be used for layout projects, commercials, advertisements and other graphical services.
