Framework agreement for planning county roads
1.1.2010 was an important milestone. It was on this date that the county took over responsibility for large parts of the previous national road network that together with the county roads has become the new county road network. The new county road network comprises more than 80 % of the general road network in Rogaland.
The county is thus the county’s most important road owner. One function that we shall attend to in a good way in close cooperation with the municipalities in the county, businesses, transport users, the government transport departments and other affected parties.
As a part of this the county has taken over direct management of some planning assignments on the county road network.
Rogaland county shall, during 2012, carry out planning for a number of projects on the county road network. The county would like to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services connected to the planning of county roads.
The consultancy companies that are engaged will, during the framework agreement period, carry out planning assignments for the county within the county’s area of responsibility in the road sector.
