Framework agreement for PCs and monitors

Oslo kommune v/ Utviklings- og kompetanseetaten

Oslo municipality c/o the Development and Competence Department, department for group procurements (hereafter called the awarding authority), is holding an open tender competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of PCs and monitors for Oslo municipality's entities. In addition to Oslo municipality, the contract shall also be valid for Lørenskog municipality and the Church Council in Oslo. Lørenskog municipality will join the contract 2.7.2011. The contract consists of PCs (laptop and stationary) and monitors and has an estimated value of approx. 30 000 000 NOK per annum. The estimate is only to be seen as a guidance and is not binding for the awarding authority.
The contract is for 2 years from when it is signed. The awarding authority will have an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year. If the awarding authority deems it appropriate, the options can be taken up for 6 months at a time, i.e. a contract period of 2 years + 4 x 6 months.
