The contract is for maintenance work in the form of a framework agreement for joinery and carpentry works. The framework agreement is restricted to the awarding authority's properties, mainly in Oslo. The awarding authority has a need to join up with companies in the mentioned category for maintenance work to keep the value of buildings as well as minor renovations.
4-6 parallel framework agreements will be signed for joinery and carpentry works. The planned start for the framework agreement is the beginning of March with a length of 2 years with an option for a 1+1 year extension.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company registration certificate.
Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract.
Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
Company tax certificate (National requirement).
Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
— Legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit evaluation with a credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The whole of the credit evaluation report shall be enclosed. The rating shall be carried out by the certified credit rating institution.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: — Financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— An overview of assignments carried out in the last 5 years, together with certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. The certificates shall state the work’s value, as well as the date and place of execution and they shall state to what extent the works were carried out in a professional and proper way. A reference person ought to be given and Undervisningsbygg is given the authority to contact this person,

— Information on education and professional qualifications at the contractor and the company’s administrative management (competence matrix),
— CV with a statement of education and work experience for the persons who will carry out assignments in accordance with the framework agreement,
— An account of the contractor’s average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last three years. (Can be accounted for in the same document as the competence matrix.),
— An account shall be given of the contractor’s other assignments in the period,
— Central certification or statement that the company is qualified for local certification for the relevant development classes.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contractor must document good competence and experience from equivalent assignments:
— experience with maintenance works/repairs/minor renovations within joinery and carpentry,
— sufficient experience from work in used buildings,
— sufficient capacity and the ability to fulfil the assignments in the framework agreement,
— central certification/qualified for local certification in development class 2.
