Framework agreement for graphical adaptation and printing of publications

The framework agreement shall cover production of two different types of printed matter – Report from Helsetilsynet (Norwegian Board of Health) and the annual publication "Tilsynsmeldingen".
The report from Helsetilsynet communicates discoveries and experience from handling of complaints and inspection of.
Child welfare, social- and health services and in the course of each year around 8-12 different issues are released. Tilsynsmeldingen is published each year on a fixed date (2nd week in March) and is the Norwegian Board of Health's most imortant publication. This presents many of the preceding year's activities, discoveries and decisions. Tilsynsmeldingen communicates the Norwegian Board of Health's base values, strategy and priorities and will contribute to building our reputation.
In the same time frame as Tilsynsmeldingen 3-5 reports are also published. Therefore it will be important that the supplier has the capacity to handle both deliveries at the same time. It will be important in awarding the assignment that tenderers hold to such capacity. Full text of all publications in the series can be found at www.helsetilsynet.no.
The printed matter shall be delivered free of charge to an address in Oslo yet to be given. The products shall be delivered "svanemerket" (a Norwegian environmental marking) or with equivalent environmental marking.
