Framework agreement for engineering design services for buildings (engineering design group)

Askøy kommune

The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into framework agreements with companies that provide engineering design services. Companies are allowed join together in order to submit tenders as an engineering design group. The services are mainly related to construction projects (not HVAC and sanitation systems).
Examples of projects where it may be appropriate to enter into the framework agreements will be construction of new municipal buildings, as well as renovation projects. It may be relevant with everything from very short-term assignments (single problems) and contracts which can last for several years (engineering design for new buildings). The contract may include services during the planning stage (preliminary projects, sketches, calculations, engineering design, tender documents, etc.), the implementation phase (construction meetings, following-up the contract, etc.) and during the complaint phase (following-up the builder’s/Awarding Authority’s requirements, etc.).
