The Brønnøysund Register Centre, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for electro services. The framework agreement shall include the following areas:
— Service agreement/annual inspections of the Awarding Authority’s existing systems,
— Stand-by/guard system,
— Assignments in according with orders/call offs,
— Electro materials.

The service provider shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations. The assessment of the service provider’s solidity, equity and financial strength will be vital.

The tenderer shall present a list of the principal services provided the previous 3 years, including information of scope/value, date and recipient.
Overview of the company’s average manpower (total manpower).
Statement regarding the service provider’s quality assurance system/control system and copy of system certificate, if any, issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested services will be required.
