Framework agreement for courses, conference and overnight stay services

The Bishop Meeting shall enter into a three year framework agreement from 1.1.2012 with an option for a further one year for courses, conference and overnight stay services for a minimum of two annual meetings.
The location must be in Oslo.
The location must have comfortable, modern and flexible course/conference facilities suitable for groups of 13-20 persons with audiovisual aids. The meeting room must be large enough with good space between the meeting participants around the table. In addition there ought to be a screened off seating area close by the meeting room. Furthermore there must be possibilities for overnight stays with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
