Framework agreement for consultancy services within communication, information and media.
Rogaland county c/o the Light Rail Office (BK) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of a consultant who shall strengthen BK’s own competence, capacity and efficiency within communication, information and media.
The consultant shall assist the Light Rail Office in the development of an information strategy, reputation building, media consultancy as well as any other fields which naturally belong. The consultant must have good knowledge of local and regional conditions such as politics and business life and shall preferably have knowledge of planning in accordance with the national building codes.
The work language shall be Norwegian and all submissions from the consultant shall be in Norwegian. It will be an advantage for the consultant to know the formal processes that the project shall go through.
