This frame contract covers special assistance for the establishment and management of educational capacity within vocational training related to petroleum exploitation in developing countries. The assistance covers all levels of vocational training up to technical college level.

Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

Company tax certificate (National requirement).

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

— The supplier's affairs shall be i order with regard to tax and VAT payments,

— the supplier shall have functional HSE system,

— the supplier shall be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Annual accounts including directors report and auditor's comments.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The supplier has to have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Description of the supplier’s most relevent assignment during the last years. The description must include a statement of the assignment’s value, date and client (name, telephone and e-mail),

— undertaking from sub-contractor showing that they have adequate resources to undertake the assignment.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The supplier shall have experience of similar assignment within the last years,

— if sub-contractors are used to carry out the assignment it shall be documented that the tenderer has posession of necessary resources at the sub-contractor. (if relevant).
