Framework agreement regarding delivery of crushed stones and gravel. Fredrikstad municipality henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, will enter into agreements with 1 or 2 suppliers. The Awarding Authority mainly comprises of the following organisations in Fredrikstad municipality: regulation and technical operation, park, road and water/sewage departments, but call-off orders placed against the agreement can be carried out by any other municipal organisation.
The agreement(s) shall include all products/fractions given in the price form and other equivalent products/fractions. The Awarding Authority will collect all the products themselves.
The supplier must have all requested products/fractions in store within Fredrikstad municipality’s borders. The opening hours of this storage must be within ordinary working hours.
