Norges Bank, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into framework agreements for the following service areas:
— Consulting engineer HVAC including sanitary installations,
— Consulting engineer, electro,
— Consulting engineer, construction works for buildings,
— Consulting engineer, fire protection,
— Consulting engineer, energy,
— Consulting engineer, environment.
The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one company which shall cover all the listed service areas. However, the Awarding Authority reserves the right to award framework agreements to various service providers for the various disciplines.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

(5) Other documentation required (please state below).

— The service provider shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of Taxes, VAT and employers' national insurance contributions,

— The service provider shall have an efficient HSE system,

— The service provider shall be a legally established company,

— The service provider shall see to orderly wage and working conditions for the employees. This shall be documented by presenting self-declaration regarding wage and working conditions.

— Annual accounts for the previous 2 years, including the board’s annual report, notes and auditor’s statement.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The service provider shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A brief statement of the company’s:

— Core competence,

— Overview of the company’s total manpower with relevance to this agreement,

— Organization chart for the company.

The tenderer shall attach a list of corresponding, relevant deliveries for the previous 3 years, including information of:

— Values,

— Dates of implementation,

— Tasks,

— Contacts with telephone nos. /e-mail addresses.

A principal statement of the quality assurance system the tenderer will rely on in order to ensure delivery and quality of the assignment included in the framework agreement. List of contents for the quality assurance system shall be attached the tender.

If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO standards or equivalent, certification certificate shall be attached the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The tenderer shall have good capacity,

— The tenderer shall be well experienced with corresponding deliveries/services. Experience from various types of buildings, both modern and protected historic building,

— The tenderer shall have a good and efficient quality assurance system.
