Brønnøysundregistrene

Framework agreements shall be signed with one or several service providers for services connected to service development of the Altinn system. This covers several professional fields, as defined in the tender documents. Tenders can be given for one or several of the fields.
The Brønnøysund Register Centre is the awarding authority for the procurement and the procurement centre for the participants in the Altinn cooperation. There are currently 38 entities within the public sector in the Altinn cooperation. Several public entities (including municipalities and counties) could join the cooperation and will be able to make call-offs on the framework agreement(s). The framework agreement shall be for 1 year from when it is established, with an option for the awarding authority to extend the contract for up to 1+1+1 year.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient economic and financial ability to fulfil the assignment/contract. The tenderer's solidity, liquidity and financial strength will be central in this evaluation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall enclose an overview of their experiences from comparable assignments. The overview shall include the most important contracts in the last three years, their value/extent, what the contract included, date and recipient.
Description of the company’s quality assurance routines and documentation of any certification.

Considerable experience is required from comparable assignments at equivalent customers.
Tenderers shall have good routines for quality assurance of their services.
