Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
The supplier shall have orderly situation with respect to tax and VAT payments.
The supplier shall have a functioning HSE - system.
The supplier shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1. Credit reference/rating, no older than 3 months, and based upon the last known annual accounts. A rating shall be obtained from a publically approved credit reference agency.
2. Copy of liability insurance.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. The supplier shall have the economic capacity to undertake the assignment/contract.
2. The supplier shall have their own insurance.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The supplier shall have experience from at least 3 equivalent assignments during the last 3 years.
The supplier shall have adequate ability and capacity to undertake the assignment.
It is required to have a good and well functioning quality assurance system for the service to be delivered.
