Award authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time. The maximum contract period is 4 years.

Award authority retains the right to collect credit evaluation/rating based on the last known accounting numbers.

The company shall have the financial ability to carry out the assignment/contract.

— overview of tenderer’s total organisation and manpower at present, as well as documentation of tenderer’s capacity to fulfil the contract,
— description of tenderer’s professional competence area,
— statement of which professional areas shall be carried out by a sub-contractor,
— binding statement from associated sub-contractor which will be used in the fulfilment of the assignment. alternatively, other documentation demonstrating sub-contractor’s commitment,
— list of equivalent relevant assignments in the last 3 years, including values, dates, award authority, services rendered as well as names and contact persons for recipients,
— documentation of the service provider’s quality assurance system/control system, as well as health, environment and security policy. alternatively a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification organs or equivalent documentation shall be enclosed.
