Framework agreement backup power installations

Forsvarsbygg Innkjøpstjenester

The aim of this framework agreement is to cover Forsvarsbyg’s need for; Operation and maintenance services which ensure that the backup power aggregate and accompanying aggregate boards, ventilation, cooling and fuel installations, UPS installations and battery banks fulfil the operative requirements for such equipment. This includes, among other things, the requirements for functionality and high running time/availability laid down in the current regulations and guidelines. The framework agreement(s) are meant to cover the need that Forsvarsbygg has for such services, in addition to using their own employees. The procurement is divided into three different competition areas, tender can be given for each geographical area, cf. the invitation part 1.

The provision of services via this framework agreement(s) can occur over the whole of Norway and to departments that carry out assignments abroad. All departments in Forsvarsbygg can use the contract. The framework agreement can also be used by the whole of the armed forces, i.e. any department which is in or under the Ministry of Defence and that administers and runs its own buildings. This notice consists of three geographical competition areas, separate tenders can be given for each area, cf. the invitation. The framework agreement can be extended beyond 2 years, i.e. for up to 1+1 year, total 4 years. (NT Ref:235479).
