Nøtterøy kommune

This contract, managed by Vestfold public procurement cooperation, VOIS, with Nøtterøy municipality as secretariat comprises framework agreements for.
1. Framework agreement for alarm reception with health onward routing of automatic warning aids set off automatically or manually by the user that has been given an automatic warning aid by the relevant municipality.
The service is presumed carried out independent of whether the municipality owns the automatic warning aid or whether it is rented.
2. Framework agreement for the procurement, purchase or rent (bulk deliveries and supplements) of automatic warning aids, sensors and interactive communication (sound and picture) and technical service.
During the framework agreement period the participants will always have the right to:
— carry out tests of sensors and new technology,
— hold separate tender competitions for sensors and new technology.
Development work is under way in the municipalities in Vestfold as regards welfare technology that can lead to a new system/technological systems. The contract is therefore subject to separate tender competition(s) during the contract period where the contract party will have full right to participate.
3. Framework agreement for procurements, purchase or rent (bulk deliveries and supplements) of new technology: Electronic lock system and interactive communication (sound and picture) and technical service.
4. Framework agreement for services for existing and new equipment (not guarantee service on equipment) for the placement/assembly/disassembly of equipment, battery changes and any other services locally at the users.
