Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping requires advertising agency services within the following five areas:
— Category 1: Lotto, Viking Lotto and Joker.
Lotto, Viking Lotto and Joker are number games that have lots of players every week and where the first prizes are worth millions NOK. The games shall have a high profile in various communications media to appeal to a large number of customers.
— Category 2: Eurojackpot.
Eurojackpot shall be launched as a new number game in Norway. This is a European co-operation where the first prize is 70 million NOK and upwards. The game shall be launched as a new brand to ensure that it appeals to the Norwegian market.
— Category 3: Extra.
Extra is a game owned by ExtraStiftelsen Helse og Rehabilitering, and which is run by Norsk Tipping. Every year, the entire profit from the game is divided between applicants from voluntary projects within health, rehabilitation and research. Extra is an exciting TV bingo game drawn every Tuesday evening on NRK 1.
— Category 4: Keno.
Keno is a daily game with fixed odds, where the players can choose for themselves how many numbers they will play. The draw is published every evening at: norsk-tipping.no, as Norsk Tippings only game drawn on the internet. The game also has a large number of internet and mobile phone players.
— Category 5: 10H.
Norsk Tipping has established a new business area in co-operation with the ten largest humanist organisations in Norway. This business are shall supply game and entertainment products that will create profit for the humanist organisations.
The procurement shall result in advertising agency agreements for each of the categories. The advertising agencies shall carry out agreed assignments within one or more of the following assignment types:
1. Advertising and market communication for the various games, including:
— develop concepts, campaigns, profile marketing and design in accordance with approved plans and budgets,
— develop channel-adapted communication solutions,
— design activities and campaigns with special suitability for outlets.
2. Communications concept for customers
— service development,
— customer programme.
