Kvam municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall reconstruct the existing Norheimsund primary school. The reconstruction area is approx. 2 600 m. A new building in connection with the existing buildings shall be constructed. Area of this new building is approx. 1 560 m. The new building shall contain canteen, home economics kitchen, large assembly room, music room, library, etc. The existing buildings shall be reconstructed to contain base rooms, group rooms, etc. (educational rooms). A new electrical system, new ventilation system and improvement of the heating system shall be included in the contract. The building will contain 2 new lifts.
