Executing of the research questionnaire 2011 RNNP

The Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA)

As a part of the Petroleum Safety Authority's (PSA) project ”Utvikling i risikonivå norsk petroleumsvirksomhet” (trends in risk level in the petroleum activity) (RNNP) a questionnaire shall be carried out amongst all personnel working on the Norwegian Continental shelf, and on petroleum installations on land. The distribution and collection of questionnaires shall be carried out in the period 17. October to, and including, 27 November 2011, and reporting in February 2012.
The questionnaire will be in Norwegian and English. PSA supplies the questionnaires including front page and instructions, reply envelopes and information materials.
The assignment comprises (see detailed description in the tender documents):
— Setup for, and testing of, electronic response to the questionnaires, execution of electronic collection of data,
— Distribution and collection of paper forms, supply of suitable boxes for depositing these forms, and return dispatch, optical reading and processing,
— Distribution of information and posters,
— Analysis of the replies and reporting back,
— Participation in meetings with the partners (interest groups in the petroleum activity) where the practical conditions regarding the execution of the research will be discussed and agreed.
