Evaluation of the implementation of driver training

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall, during 2011 and 2012 evaluate the implementation of parts of the driver training from 2005. The basic traffic course and the obligatory training in driver licence classes A and B shall be evaluated.
The assignment is divided into three parts.
Part 1 is for the basic traffic course and is specified in point B.1.1.3.1.
Part 2 is for obligatory training in class A and is specified in point B.1.1.3.2.
Part 3 is for obligatory training in class B and is specified in point B.1.1.3.3.
Tenderers can give a tender for one, two or all of the parts of the assignment by submitting up to three system proposals. Each individual system proposal will be evaluated separately. A tenderer who submits three system proposals can, for example, be awarded a contract for none, one, two or three system proposals.
It is important that the tenderer clearly marks the tender letter with which part the tender is for.
The assignment is not a framework agreement.
The assignment shall be started as soon as possible after the award of contract and it shall be completed by 1.12.2012. All the part assignments can be carried out simultaneously.
The total cost limit is 2,000,000 NOK excluding VAT.
Contracts can be signed with up to three tenderers.
