Evaluation of NAV's guidelines and follow up

The contract is for an evaluation of NAV’s guidelines and follow up pilots.
In connection with the Strategy for work and mental health, the Labour and welfare directorate would like to carry out an evaluation of the subject development programme "guidelines and follow up pilots".
The commitment to the guidelines and follow up pilots (hereafter called pilots) was started in 2008 and is based on the experiences from the project "Vilje Viser Vei" (will shows the way), a commitment to work and mental health in NAV which ran until 2007. There are 53 pilots in the NAV office divided between 15 counties. The pilots’ main assignment is to guide persons with mental health problems, drug and alcohol problems and any other challenges who would like to work and who have a need for compound services and close follow up The main aim of the service is that several persons with mental health problems shall be able to get a job and keep it.
The evaluation of the pilot service shall be used to document the service’s use as regards its aims. The evaluation report will be an object for further strategic planning of the service in NAV.
