The Norwegian Directorate of Health, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall together with Norwegian municipalities, implement a joint GPOC no. for the entire country. The number shall be open 24 hours every day. The Awarding Authority will be the customer in the contractual relationship. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement for routing of the telephone no. to relevant GP On-call Centres and establish a business agreement connected to the current telephone costs and access to error message/fault corrections 24/7.

The agreement will include routing of Norway’s GPOC telephone numbers in 430 municipalities/districts to correct GP On-call Centres. This may vary throughout the 24-hour period. The first stage will include routing towards the municipality’s established 8 digit telephone nos.In the second stage the Awarding Authority requests a more automatic functionality where control through WEB interface will cover the services most.
