The Norwegian Directorate of Health, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall together with Norwegian municipalities, implement a joint GPOC no. for the entire country. The number shall be open 24 hours every day. The Awarding Authority will be the customer in the contractual relationship. The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement for routing of the telephone no. to relevant GP On-call Centres and establish a business agreement connected to the current telephone costs and access to error message/fault corrections 24/7.

Tenders shall not be submitted in the first round. Only service providers who are invited to participate subsequent to assessment shall submit tenders. The service providers are asked to notice the address and method for requests for participation and delivery of tenders. The award of 11 61 17 to the Norwegian Directorate of Health is subject to appeals. The further process is planned based on dismissal of the appeal. If the appeal is accepted the Norwegian Directorate of Health will inform of the consequences this will have on the tender contest ASAP. (NT Ref:227229).
