Beskrivelse av opsjoner: Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 2 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience from equivalent assignments.
It is required that the supplier has good experience from corresponding assignments.
Documentation: The supplier must complete annex 4 - reference form, regarding the 3 principal deliveries carried out the previous 3 years, including extent (number of monthly working hours), values, dates and awarding authorities or recipients.
Routines for environmental control:
The assignment will require that the supplier has established routines and systems which ensure low environmental impact in connection with the deliveries.
Documentation (shall be given in one of the following ways):
Description of the company’s routines and systems related to chemical alternatives and - management, traceability of raw materials, recycling/ minimization of packaging.
If the routines are described in the company’s quality or environmental management system, in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent third party verified systems, valid certificate as well as copy of relevant routines shall be presented.
Work with social responsibility - for the supplier chain.
All suppliers who shall carry out deliveries/work in Norway must confirm that they are willing to initiate the requirement for social responsibility for the supplier chain, given in the ILO’s core conventions and UN’s children’s convention.
